All Hands Auto Detailing LLC - Terms and Conditions
In this Service Agreement “Agreement”, “you” and “your” refer to each “customer.” Including each (agent) you designate to act on your behalf. “All Hands Auto Detailing LLC” herein shall refer to All Hands Auto Detailing LLC, its members, managers, and employees. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. If you designate a person to act on our behalf, you agree that this person is your agent with full authority to act on your behalf with respect to such services and your vehicle. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC will not accept a job without a written agreement. Please refer to the accompanying Service Order or specific information regarding the day and time of your requested service (job)specific to your vehicle. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification to you.
Cancellation of Appointment:
You will have a scheduled day and time for each scheduled service. To respect and honor appointments for all our customers, please be present at the location that is set. Our technicians will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time, after that it is up to our technicians to decide to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If the appointment is canceled due to the client not being present at the set location, no refunds will be made.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment it must be done within 24 hours. Only one reschedule will be allowed before another non-refundable deposit will be required.
Fees & Services:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC requires a Non-Refundable deposit for services scheduled at the time of booking as outlined below. This deposit may be used for purposes All Hands Auto Detailing LLC sees fit to use it for including but not limited to, ensuring the necessary equipment and/or supplies are available to complete the detail and/or to hold an appointment slot. The deposit will be non-refundable and will be deducted from the final invoice.
Detailing & Window Tint Services require a $50 Non-Refundable Deposit.
Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Film Services require a 30% Non-Refundable Deposit.
Inclement Weather:
If it rains on the day of your appointment, it is at the discretion of the customer as to if they would like to keep their appointment or reschedule.
We will make every effort to reschedule you for the next earliest available day. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC cannot predict mother nature and is not responsible should inclement weather come after the detailing service(s) have been performed. No refunds, service re-do, or touchups will be given.
Scheduling Detail Time:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC will be as accurate as possible when scheduling a detail. Depending upon the actual condition and size of the vehicle being detailed, this schedule can change. Each vehicle is owned and maintained differently, and All Hands Auto Detailing LLC may find it necessary to schedule more time in order to complete a satisfactory job.
Paint Protection Durability (ie: Wax, Paint Sealant, Ceramic Coatings):
If the vehicle’s exterior is maintained properly, we guarantee that the Wax, Paint Sealant, or Ceramic Coating applied will remain on the surface of the vehicle for the estimated time given with proper maintenance. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for improper care or improper maintenance of the exterior paint protection provided. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for the following: abnormal wear and tear, extreme weather and or poor driving conditions, overspray, industrial fallout, bird excrement, tree sap, bee pollen, egg, bologna, any corrosive or foreign chemical substance, improper cleaning maintenance, and other commercial car washing facilities or other detailers causing the paint protection to fail.
Scratches, Dings, and Other Damage:
Most cars have defects in paint such as swirl marks, scratches, wash-induced marks/scratches, and small dings from normal wear and tear or from commercial car wash facilities. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for these types of imperfections. Until the automobile has been completely prep washed, it is difficult to see every little blemish, scratch, wash mark, marring, small dings, or dent. Therefore, All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any type of pre-existing damage caused by other sources, automatic car washes, detailers, or all other uncontrolled elements.
Vehicle Inspection:
It is the owner’s responsibility to be available for the initial and final vehicle inspections. Inspection photos will be taken and attached to the customer’s profile. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC will not begin any scheduled work without the consent of the owner or owner’s representative via an Approval acknowledging any prior damage and condition of the vehicle. If either person is not available for a pre or final inspection, then All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any customer dissatisfaction.
Completion of Detail:
It is the owner’s responsibility to be aware of the scheduling of each detail job and to be available or send a representative for final inspection upon completion of the detail. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to add additional charges for time spent waiting after the final detail has been completed unless prior arrangements have been made. It is the owner’s responsibility to reset and check all electrical components, seat settings, stereo settings, buttons, knobs, and childproof settings after the completion of the detailing service.
Quality of Service:
We want you to be satisfied with our service, however, we are not perfect. No service offered is guaranteed to restore the vehicle to any previous or new condition completely. We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. If, after the final inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with us.
Right of Refusal:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse service on any vehicle or for any person, even if the detail has begun.
Pre-Existing Damage:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage it may find during the normal course of detailing the interior or exterior of any vehicle. It may be difficult to find pre-existing damage during the initial inspection, especially if the vehicle is dirty and cluttered with debris or personal items left in the vehicle. Older vehicles usually have many interior and exterior components that have broken, worn out, faded, or become loose and cracked. If All Hands Auto Detailing LLC should break, disconnect, or damage any component of a client’s vehicle, it will be brought to his or her attention before completing the final detail and the issue will be rectified.
Wheels / Rims:
Most wheel rims are under constant abuse from general road conditions, metal brake dust, and washing conditions. They commonly have multiple stains, dings, pits, and scratches caused by normal driving conditions, metal brake dust, or other commercial car wash facilities. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle’s wheel rims or wheel covers.
Engine Bay:
When requesting to have an engine bay cleaning/detailing service performed by the customer or their representative, the customer releases All Hands Auto Detailing LLC from any and all liability if this service is performed. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC assures to take proper precautions when conducting such service however will not be responsible should a problem occur.
Personal Belongings:
It is the responsibility of the owner or the owner’s representative to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the detail service begins. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to not detail any area of the vehicle if personal belongings were not removed prior to the start of the detail. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for belongings that have been left in the vehicle by the owner before, during, or after the detail process.
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC will not remove child car seats left in the vehicle. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats prior to the appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction.
Final Payment:
Once All Hands Auto Detailing LLC has completed the final detail job, payment is due immediately. Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing, it is the owner or owner’s representative’s responsibility to have payment ready as agreed upon in the initial estimate/invoice. All Hands Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to not hand over the Keys to the vehicle until the invoice/service(s) have been paid unless arrangements have been made.
Returned Checks:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right and will charge an additional $30 for each returned check.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates sold by All Hands Auto Detailing LLC are Non-Refundable, cannot be redeemed for Cash, and Expire 6 Months from the date it has been issued.
Key Return:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC will return the vehicle’s keys only to the owner or owner’s representative and no one else. It is the owner or owner’s representative’s responsibility to obtain the keys from All Hands Auto Detailing LLC upon completion, final inspection, and when the invoice has been paid in full for the detailed vehicle.
Quote/Estimates:
Quote/Estimates All Hands Auto Detailing LLC provides are only valid for up to 30 Days. After 30 Days, a new Quote/Estimate must be completed.
Technology Fee:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC reserves the right to apply a 3% Technology Fee on payments made with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Cards.
Pictures:
All Hands Auto Detailing LLC may use photos taken to promote work performed by its employees and for marketing purposes unless otherwise told by the customer or their designated representative.
